London Calling

3rd March 2013

Every few months my camera needs to see London and I am happy to take it. My usual route starts at Marble Arch where I part with the Oxford Tube to grab a tea in Mayfair followed by Selfridges, South Molton Street, Bond Street, Fenwicks, Liberty, Carnaby Street and the numerous boutiques around Soho. I then drift towards Covent Garden via Earlham Street and if there’s time I head out towards Knightsbridge and Chelsea.Β I like to look at expensive handbags, beautiful shop windows, unusual doorways, cute cafes, railings, balconies, coloured buildings, overpriced antiques and vintage clothing. It’s always an adventure behind my camera lens!

I'm going to copy that chair idea come the summer, so thanks for the inspiration! What's the story behind the love heart padlocks, where is that? x

      It's amazing isn't it!

The padlocks are in Covent Garden and they are for the British Heart Foundation.
